At Suncrest, residents of our Independent Living community can access personalized Assisted Living services for an additional fee, while continuing to enjoy the comfort of their own suite, friendships and community life.

Our wellness team works with you to assess your needs and develop a Personal Support Plan that respects your independence, preferences and dignity.

Personal Support Services

Depending on your individual needs, assistance may include:

• Bathing, showering and personal hygiene.

• Dressing and undressing.

• Applying and removing compression stockings.

• Hearing aid assistance.

• Bed making.

• Escorts to and from the dining room.

• Additional safety checks.

Medication Support

Depending on your assessed needs, medication assistance may include:

• Medication reminders.

• Medication administration.

• Assistance with medication ordering.

• Secure medication storage.

• Medication records and monitoring.

Our team can discuss the appropriate level of assistance to help you manage your medications safely and consistently.

Nursing and Health Support

Additional services available following an assessment may include:

• Blood pressure checks.

• Blood sugar checks.

• Wound care.

• Catheter and ostomy care.

• Oxygen assistance and cylinder replacement.

• Commode cleaning and assistance.

Our wellness team will work with you to understand your needs, explain the available services and develop a personalized support plan that provides the right balance of assistance and independence.

All services are subject to an individual assessment and Suncrest's ability to meet your care needs.
