Belvedere Seniors Living has been developing and operating facilities in British Columbia since 1979, specializing in long-term residential care of seniors. A strong emphasis on aging-in-place, integrating facility services with the needs of the community and re-integrating the residents into that community has been a consistent focus.
In the late 1990s, Berton Evertt had a vision of a community of seniors spanning the spectrum from Independent-Living Units, Supportive Housing, and Assisted Living with Complex Care. This became a reality with Belvedere Care Centre and the Residences at Belvedere becoming our first “Community of Care”.
