The Continuous Quality Improvement Program is the driving force for improving our programs and services. The corporation hires expertise to augment our in-house team skills and experience to ensure a focus on continuous quality improvement.

Chairman & CEO
- Experience includes construction management, financial planning, all aspects of labour relations, and general financial management of Belvedere Seniors Living and associated health care facilities.
Annamae Clarke, B.A., R.N.
Vice President
- Since 1991, has been with Intercare (now Belvedere Seniors Living) and is responsible for all labour relations, general operations of the facilities and provides leadership and direction to other managers.
Greg Graham, CGA, BBA
Controller
- Completes accounting procedures, policies and protocols for all operations.
- Supervises accountant.
Linda Tod, B.A. MSW, RSW
Quality Improvement Coordinator
- Extensive experience in Social Work and Management in Intermediate Care as well as Management. Experience relative to caring for seniors.
Fay Woodward, BSN, R.N
Resident Services Manager at Belvedere Care Centre
- Experienced in all aspects of complex seniors care including development and evaluation of resident care processes and programs in residential care.
- Community Care Facility Licensing Officer is also included in her experience.
David Stott, R.N.
Resident Services Manager at Cherington Place
- Significant experience as Manager/Care Director in residential complex care facilities.
- Experience in Accreditation process and computerized nursing documentation systems.
Karen Slutsken BSN, R.N
Manager of Resident Relations at Residences at Belvedere
- Manages admissions, transfers and discharges for Independent and Assisted Living Residences and provides Clinical leadership for staff.
Gayle Vanags, B.Sc. Home Economics, Foods and Nutrition
Registered Dietitian
- Dietitian in long term care facilities for 12 years.
Aileen Mellors-Luyt, B of Ed & Bsc
Manager, Support Services
- Several years Business Office experience in a large care facility.
- Teaching – including adult education.
Jennifer Cuvelier, BA major in English & History
Manager, Administration Services
- Management of Human Resources functions and responsible for Payroll & Benefit Administration.
Andrew Butler, Joint Major BA, Certificate-Gerontology & specialty training
Senior Health Consultant and Manager of Strategic Planning
- Partner Andrew Butler & Associates.
- Extensive experience in federal and provincial health related government positions.

Communications Website Coordinator
- Experienced User Analyst.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of systems and communication technologies and in developing supporting documents.
