Belvedere Care Centre and Residences at Belvedere is the first community of care of its kind in Maillardville. This community of care serves seniors with needs ranging from Hospitality Services and Supportive Housing through to Assisted Living and Complex Residential Care.
Tours are available Monday – Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm; however, other arrangements can be made if necessary.

Belvedere Care Centre, an accredited 148-bed (56 funded and 92 private pay) complex care facility under the auspices of the Fraser Health opened October 2001 with 61 beds completing Phase 1 of the seniors’ community of care.
The addition of 87 Complex Care residential beds in the Summer of 2008 enhanced the current services and provided capacity for additional programs.
Care programs are available on long-term and short-term (i.e. respite care for those needing care for a short period of time) basis and can be tailored to the needs of the resident and their family.
The Assisted Living Plus community at Belvedere Care Centre is the perfect alternative for seniors who are mostly independent but require care and support in a safe and comfortable environment or for individuals requiring additional recovery time from hospital.

Residences at Belvedere opened October 2006. This 114-unit uniquely designed accommodation provides Supportive Housing and Assisted Living for the community. Fraser Health in conjunction with BC Housing negotiated an agreement with Belvedere Seniors Living to subsidize 60 suites at Residences at Belvedere.
